Hello once again, thank you for sharing the scan ^_^ If you look at it once again you notice there is relatively large white area which separates the figure from the background. Therefore, in this context, lack of some parts of girl's body is explainable. And also that is why it doesn't look like she falls into the depths of the background (; By the way, please pay attention to the letters on the original scan. As you can see only one type of typeface (something similar to the serif) has been used. And above all, letters are rather slim and light.
